Need to refresh to display category legend

Unsure if this is an issue with only 3.6 as I didn’t use the plugin with previous versions.
When using ‘teccc_add_legend_view( ‘photo’ );’ in the functions.php file, it display the legend properly but when clicking on next or previous events, it disappears unless I manually refresh.
