need to put search form with ticket Id in homepage

    or , how make visitor to access search form ?

    Wa Alikum Salam,

    Already have with (Control Panel > Ticket Status) title.
    In ticket status, visitor can view his ticket with ticket id and email address (try to make more secure).

    If visitor can create ticket enable then ticket status link show at control panel.

    You can also enable/disable in Configurations > Menu Settings.
