I would actually like to protect the whole plugin, because event if I have the menu item protected, I can still access the events directly.
I need to protect my events and traiging (CoursePress)

    Hello josee225,

So my page “events” is not in the page list. I would like to know how to protect the content?

In that case you will need to use url protection add-on. You will find it in the Membership 2 -> Add-ons

For CoursePress courses use add-on “Individual Custom Posts ” – then you will see in Protection Rules new tab “Custom post type” and the you will see your courses and you will be able to set memberships for them.

    kind regards,
    Kasia

So I went to add-ons, activated the “Individual Custom Post”, but nothing changes in the restriction rules. Is that where I am supposed to make changes to protect CoursePress?

Hello josee225, I trust you are doing well today!

I’ve tested the Individual Custom Post and can confirm that the add-on is not working with Membership2 Lite version.

I’ve sent this to our developer, so they can have a closer look.

In the meantime, you can try the Membership 2 Pro plugin where the add-on is functional. We provide a 15-day trial, so you can download and try this plugin n your site. Sign up here.

Have a nice day and take care!

    Cheers,
    Nastia
