Need to move Navigation from below Jetpack & Related Post to above

I want to use the <!--nextpage--> tag to separate long blog post into pages. But when I do, the navigation tabs, 1, 2, 3, etc. show below the related post, the wordpress like button, etc. I want it to show up before that, right after the content where people can know they must go to the next page to finish reading. How do I change that. I am running the Frontier theme. Using latest version of WordPress and Jetpack. I have a screenshot, but no clue how to add it to this forum help.
