need to move add to cart button and pincode check

  • how to create a third column and move add to cart and pin code check to the third column adjacent to short description in desktop only just like in Amazon,

    in single product page desktop view by default there are 2 columns in the top of page.
    1st column has product image and second column has short description,add to cart, quantity change button,, the issue is that for certain products the short description is too big and it is required by the customers to scroll down to reach the add to Cart button
    Therefore I need a third column adjacent to short description to move add to cart button, quantity change and an element by class,,,
    This element does a pincode check,,,
