Need to make my own custom theme

    Hello all, as in drupal I saw that you can change theme or customize the theme the way you like. also one person told me that you can make a custom theme easily with your own selected colours, grids etc. So i want to ask you which plugins will I require to redesign my blog dedipak so that I can make custom web design of this blog.
