Need to locate the right template or theme

I need to locate a theme that has the options I’m looking for. I would like a template that has a login system available, blog on the front page in the center column, navigation (not a page widget) via buttons that take one to either HTML or php pages. Preferably these would be located at the bottom of the header. The sidebar needs the logon/register module and widgets that can be loaded to display ads in slideshow form or video. It also needs a category selector. I can take two sidebars but I don’t want the center column of posts to contain a separate slidebar to scroll the center blog display. The only slider that I wanna see is on the side of IE or Firefox. I can figure out where I think to edit the css file or some of the php to put in my own header image/banner. If the navigation is attached to buttons, then I can just change the path linked to the buttons to access static html or dynamic pages as necessary. I also do not want a blogroll display or a links box to WordPress items and the editor. This is all gonna be displayed on a hosted server, but I do have a local server set up to test and edit files with.

Anyway that’s the basic setup. You can see how I’ve got it running now by going to https://www.hawaiisportsrap.com. You’ll note that I’m running sidplay of the the default theme, without loading the sidebar, only header, footer and content, inside an HTML object on the page. Unfortunately this way I can’t get rid of the extra scroll bar because I had to run it inside the object. I’d gladly just use the default theme if I knew how to install all these other things I’ve been looking for as stated above and eliminate the display of blogroll, and calendar and those links to editting. Any help suggestions, ideas would be greatly appreciated.
