Need to improve, comments allowed on my WP

Hi, i?′ve just finsished my new blog with wp. It`s a Creative Network, some like a fanzine with film reviews, political critics, music events… All of Canary Islands culture. In addition, we have a t-shirt collection to get some money for the network.

I?′d be very interested on reading suggestions and comments to improve the blog, about plugins, design, accesibility, etc…
