Need To Hide Certain Categories From Posts Page.

Here’s the problem.

I want one category hidden from the posts page (my posts page is not the same as front page). I have created a separate page for that category which has been linked to this category’s permalink (using the plugin: “Page Links To”). The separate is not actually beneficial for me unless those posts are hidden from the primary posts page.

P.S. I’d prefer a solution through a plugin rather than coding. But then again, if there’s no other solution then I’ll do coding regardless.

P.P.S Some plugins like “Simply Exclude” only exclude certain posts from the posts page when it’s also the front page. For me, it’s different and so these plugins are not that much of use in my case.
