Need to help to choose a theme ..

Hi All,
Don’t know whether this is the right place to ask for such recommendation or not but will go ahead for a noble cause.

I need a favor from you all experts to help me choose a theme, providing the following features:
1- Google Map
2- Weather Report
3- Current Status of Water
4- Images showing destruction as on BBC website
5- Videos, to include Floor Images, Relief Pleas from prominent people
6- Anything else that you might think of.

I need to come up with a website/blog for a cause to accept donations for the flood relief victims of Pakistan – where according to a UN report about 12m peoples have lost their all belongings and hundreds their lives – this is much more than a natural disaster caused by Sonammi few years back. I need to come up with this site/blog with in a week. Any help to achieve this goal from you all experts in any capacity will highly be appreciated.
