Need to hack my comments page.

Alright, my comments page needs a little tweaking. Something is wrong with my navigation that takes the user back to the post that they’re commenting on. I can’t seem to find a way to get it from shifting when hovering over the link. Here’s what it looks like

Also, how do I change my metadata information on this page from being in paragraph format like it is now, to just two links. One for the RSS feed and one for the trackback? I can’t seem to find these things in ANY of the PHP pages.
