Need to go from production to live site

I have created a WP site under the folder larchmontchronicle.com/WP while we have been working on it.

All seems to be going well and now I need to have the index page be in the root directory. when I do that, what else do I need to do to make the other pages work? There must be more than just putting the index.php file in the root.
