Need to get rid of stray links help please!

    Hi,
    I’m helping a friend with her blog and on the bottom left, there are a ton of stray links (they are dedicated to the user such as my friends, login, register etc.) But they look hideous and I need to get rid of them before her site launch monday. Please take a look and tell me how I can fix it! https://thevintagetwin.com

  • You are using Twenty Ten – you should be able to take the widgets out of the First Footer area. Check all of the Footer area.

    Dashboard >> Appearance >> Widgets

    I did, the footers only include the links right above the bottom images for some reason.

    Do you have a plugin called admin bar installed?

    Just a guess, but looks like the code is generated by that plugin or something similar..

    No I don’t I’ll list out all the plugins I have in a bit.

    got it the plugin that was causing the problem was buddypress. t31os_ thanks you got me looking in the right place!
