Need to fix Open Tags in Facebook links

Hi!

Wish I could attach a picture here, but I need help with two things:

1. I need to assign a “Fallback” photo for when you enter my URL (www.bytephoria.com) into a Facebook link. I have the Plugin that allows me to do it for individual posts but not the main link.

2. How do I change that main title on the FB link from “https://www.bytephoria.com” to just “BytePhoria”?
