Need to exclude weekends for a repeating event

    Hi

    I need to exclude weekends from a repeatable event. I saw that the display pack addon will do this but the client is on a tight budget and can’t afford to pay for this yearly. Is there a free or cheaper alternative to do this. I think I saw I could create days off in the calendar options but the client would need to add lots of dates for Saturday and Sunday.

    Is there any custom code that weekends could be excluded or some other way please?

    Hello, you don’t need an add-on for that, the weekly repetition allows you to select which days of the week to repeat the event on (docs).

    Go to Booking Activities > Calendar editor > mouseover the event > go to the event settings > Repetition tab > “Repeat every” = 1 week, “Repeat on” = check Mondays to Fridays boxes.

    Thank you so much, I thought repeated 1 week would just be one individual day each week. Thank you so much, am learning it slowly. I’ll see if I can do the next part following your instructions on my other post and reply on that one if I have any difficulty on any part of it.
