• Hi,

As mentioned do we need to exclude the external URL of the tracking javascript for both Google / Facebook? I’m using a Google Tag Manager plugin & Facebook Pixel plugin.

    Please advise.

  • The plugin is not working with the new gtag.js either. I needed to exclude gtag config to a separate js file.

    Hi @kai2810
Just wanted to inform you that if you give a correct complete path, the plugin will automatically exclude Javascript file .

@adeelkhan I believe that you knew Google is replacing Google Analytics code with the new gtag.js. And if I copies new code into my website which is running with Breeze, nothing is recorded in GA. Of course, I already clear the cache after inserting gtag.js.

I needed to copy gtag.js config to a separate JS file, and excluded it in Breeze config. After that, analytics data has been recorded in GA normally.
