Need to embed a poll

I would like to show a gesture screen with poll link and yes/no buttons either:
-after some time user is on a site
-OR between pictures inside the Lightbox
I there such a plugin available ? Please help with embedding a gesture screen, no need in poll plugin, it is being created externally.
