Need To display _row_ data in column

Hello Sir,

I created below fields for Enquiry Purpose field.
[select* enquiry_purpose first_as_label “Please Select” “Campaigns|[email protected]” “Sponsorships|[email protected]” “Volunteering|[email protected]” “Donations In-kind|[email protected]” “Pro-bono Services |[email protected]” “Others|[email protected]”]

I used [_row_enquiry_purpose] to get option value in email. In email I received correct value but in our plugin I see email address insted of value. How can I solve this issue?
