need to direct site domain to different address

I recently was trying to fix my permalink because it does not work on twitter and i accidently redirected my website to an old wordpress account i had. i need to poit africapitalonline.com back to https://66.147.244.109/~africapi i was told you would need to point the servers to ns1.bluehost.com and ns2.bluehost.com
