Need To Correct Membership Level on PayPal

A long time ago I made an error with my $50/yr Membership Level. Somewhere I changed it to $50/yr Lifetime. Now I can’t find where to fix it (remove Lifetime). I have exchanged about 20 useless emails with PayPal and they have been no help at all.

All is correct in my SM settings. All is correct in my phpMyAdmin. The problem is on PayPal, but since I did not use PayPal buttons, I can’t find where to fix it.
