    There seems to be a problem where mailpoet is getting confused by cloudflare and tagging everyone from the same IP address. So when two people try to sign up around the same time it throws an error.

    i need a way to change the block timer to something much, much shorter, or change the way mailpoet gets a users IP address…

    I couldn’t find similar reports from other users so I’m wondering if IP address is really the issue here.

    Can you please share the error message users get when trying to subscribe to your newsletter within a short period?

    Also, are you using a built-in MailPoet subscription form?
