    Look when the order is in pending status for some reason, after 24 hours the status of the amazon pay change to “Closed”
    I want to change and extend it to 48 hours.

    how can I do this?

  • I understand the pending payment order status is changed to cancelled automatically after 24 hours and you want to extend this duration.

    For that, you can change the Hold stock (minutes) in WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory.

    the Order is in “Pending Payment”? or the order is “On Hold” and the payment was not Authorized or Captured?

    was in on hold and was NOT captured.

    and looks that amazon pay only wait 24 hours until capture the order.

    Hope you are doing well!

    Those things are handeled by the Amazon Pay Seller Central (the API) not by the Amazon Pay plugin.

    If orders are:
    – Not Authorized or Captured: WooCommerce status is “On Hold” and you can Authorized and Capture when ever you are ready.
    – Only Authorized: You have 7 days to Capture payment and the following note should appear on the order: “Amazon order opened. Use the “Amazon Pay” box to authorize and/or capture payment. Authorized payments must be captured within 7 days. Order status changed from Pending payment to On hold.”

    And the checkout session is other thing, is when shopper is still on the checkout page and was not able to place the order. Also is handeled by Amazon Pay API.
