Need to Cancel but Can't Login to CP

  • Hi all,

    I recently took my site down and WordPress is saying that it will be automatically renewed in 4 days. When I go to login to my CP, it gives me a 404. How can I log in to cancel the auto-renewal?

    It’s a www.remarpro.com site, I believe. This is what the email says:

    Greetings!

    This is a reminder that your package WordPress on ***.*****.***/ (*****_****/***) will be upgraded in the next 24 hours.

    Should you wish to cancel this upgrade or upgrade immediately, please simply login to your control panel and access QuickInstall and go under Manage Installations.
    Thank you!

    Is this just a site upgrade and I won’t be charged for anything, or will I be charged? I deleted the domain a few months ago, but I didn’t close the WP.org account before doing so. Am I screwed or am I OK?

    Currently, WordPress does not send out any upgrade emails. Try contacting your hosts about this.
