need to attach different domain and change hosts

I built a site under a domain purchased and hosted through bluehost. My client wants to use a new domain name so everything on the site is listed under the new name…and NOT the original one He already has the domain and wants to host it (the site) at his family’s local hosting company. Is this doable? If so, what do I need to do??
