Need to add start date/time and completion date/time to cert

I’m need to add the date/time that the course was started and the date/time the course was completed to the certificate. I can’t seem to find what post, postmeta or comment holds that info.
I can pay for this customization if it isn’t an easy one.
I need this feature to be retro active so it will work for old certificates.

You can set the completion date on the certificate template:
However, adding in the time would require custom code, which we don’t support.
