This would definitely be possible by editing editing your theme header.php. For this I’d have to suggest using child theme and making a copy of header.php so you can make the changes in your child theme and avoid losing them each time you update the theme.

With the above being said placement of the code would depend on where exactly you want this to be displayed?

If you want it placed below the navigation in the top left corner of that holder something like this https://screencast.com/t/JDlwjzaGoGxy then please add the following line:

<div class="phonenbr">Insert Phone number here</div>

To line 126 above the closing </nav> like this https://screencast.com/t/dk7gYWrzVazr. Don’t forget to replace dummy text with your own text/number.
