Need to add /blog/ in the URL

    Hi There,

    After clicking submit button I want to add the /blog/ in the URL structure

    right now the url structure is
    mywebsite.com/category/case-studies/?education_center_content_type=article

    but I want URL like
    mywebsite.com/blog/category/case-studies/?education_center_content_type=article
