Need support on automatic template emails

    Hello, need help with automatic email templates.

    I have an e-commerce website and once orders are made, automatic emails are sent.
    BUT I need help with “failed” order updates to be sent.. however, I don’t see any possibility to add new template nor manage the Curren “failed” template

    Would appreciate help and support. Maybe I need any plugin for it?
