Need suggestions for improvements on current blog

Hi all, we’re currently thinking about starting up another blog due to a URL restructure that doesn’t include the word “blog” at the start, as advised by our seo company.. We’re a ski wear company looking to reach out to our fans and want maximum exposure. Our current blog blog.simplypiste.com seems fine to me, maybe a bit clunky? If you guys can recommend anything then I can look to add the improvements in the new blog.
