Need suggestions for adding variants for ALL products

Love WooCommerce but adding new products with a variant is cumbersome. All my products have the same variant so there has to be an easier method to add new products. Yes, I have created the global variant, but I still must go through the process to add all to each product, set stock for each variant, set price for each variant, etc.. Any suggestion to streamline the process?
