need some URGENT help with these…

I need to know how I can do the following –

1) Oraganise all the posts in each category in alphabetical order. At present they are in date order, which I dont want.

2) Have the post title ONLY showing on each catergory. At present, they are shown with text that the post holds. I want to change this so when you click on a catergory you can only see the post title Not extract of the post included.

3) I have comment boxes after each reply, how can one delete the smilies boxes. Is there a way to get rid of the smilies options on the comment reply boxes after each post.

If anyone can help me how I can apply these to my site please do reply with the codes, information, how to etc
