Need some help with shortcode ultimate ?

Hey all im a bit new to short-code ultimate plugin, awesome plugin by the way. im trying to achieve 3 things please see this link how would i get the tabs layed out like this i know accordion is the closet thing i found but they layout like bullet points and i dont need that style

also can SC Ultimate be used to used to add content in a box then have a grey color inside the box to highlight the text ? i think i would need css does anyone know how any guidance would be welcomed

lastly see this link i would like to do pro and cons but using this style as i know short-code ultimate was used to add green and red withc function would i need to achieve this if any one could help i would be super grateful
