Need some help with mobile display

I have the plugin setup to display once per session and the trigger is set on exit intent, however, I’ve never seen the popup on mobile, am I missing a setting?

On exit intent works only when there is mouse cursor involved. That option will never work on mobile devices (no cursor that can be traced).

What settings would you suggest for both desktop and mobile, so the popup only displays once per visit?

Hi @vagueillusion,

When you’re configuring your popup options you will see Available Conditions in there, what you need to do is enable “Pop-up shown less than” condition and enter the number of times you want to show popup.
