need some help with counter

hey everyone
been great so far helping me out…i have a new question. if you look at my site https://www.teknokool.net I am trying to add the counter. When I try and add it instead of putting it lower on the right side it puts it about in the middle and makes my search drop all the way to the bottom…can someone look at my code and see what might be wrong?
any help would be great.
