Need some help pulling & displaying thumbnails from posts

    On my home page:

    there are 3 white boxes labeled “Today We Are Wearing”, “Monthly Charity”, and “Monthly Sponsor”. As the names suggest, I need to pull the thumbnails from the appropriate posts. I need help getting this to work. I am totally confused now…the code is massive for this page. Not sure if I have it organized int he best way to make this work. If someone could help me get this to work/straighten this out, I would be grateful.

    Here is where the boxes need to get their thumbnails:

    “Today We Are Wearing”
    This should come from the post on the home page, which is now displayed in the tabbed area under the video section.

    “Monthly Charity”
    This should come from the latest post in category 10

    “Monthly Sponsor”
    This should come from the latest post in category 9
