Need some help

Hi, how do I do so in the ledger book it only shows completed orders, and also how do I remove the total withdrawal as I have so vendor gets paid instantly so it is not needed

also, how can I do so the vendor can accept a refund as the vendor gets the money directly they should also be able to control that themselves

also, how do I do so it won’t say the store name on the checkout page
