    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    The reviews will in no way get displayed when they are not approved. Maybe, as a Admin you could see it, but it would not be displayed to a non-logged in user if it is not approved. I have also tested it in our local once to confirm it.

    If that’s the case on your end, can you please give me your website details and temporary admin access to your site so that I could have a look at this and fix it straightaway for you? You can send us your details by creating a ticket at pauple.freshdesk.com

    I hope you would be willing to reconsider the rating if we were able to sort it out.

    So the issue is supposed to be fixed next week, since I believe you I change the rating already.

    Thank you so much. Yes, this issue will be fixed next week for sure.

    We have already fixed the issue, where the user review submission was not working if there was a special character in the criteria.

    We have fixed this in the version we released in the morning.

    Hope you saw that.
