Need simple way for users to register

    All I want to do is get an auction to actually work. If user trys to bid or buy, we are off to the registration page. I understand it must be there. Now, my users are as ignorant as myself about what to do to register, so they can bid or buy. I don’t do code. Need a simple plugin.

    I tried this: “Simplr Registration Form Plus+”, no help, don’t work. Is there any help or direction someone can point me in to some kind of WORKING, simple plugin that would direct a user to register?

    Hi,

    I think you mean to say that users are redirected to login page where there is no option to register, is it correct?

    You can display a “Register” link on thislogin page by doing below: Go to admin dashboard -> settings -> general -> find “Membership” and turn on “Anyone can register”.

    That is correct. User (and myself) don’t know what to do. I appreciate you response. However….

    I’m not understanding that this can be a safe option…everything I have read about security leaks says to never turn that on. Is there not an option that is safe in the long haul?
