• For some reason, our hosting service (Network Solutions) deleted some of the plugins in our WordPress installation (Accordions-Premium being one of them), and when I went through the re-installation process, the database doesn’t seem to remember the information for the Premium portion over and above the basic Accordion plugin. How can we resolve this? I’m hoping that you have an appropriate email record or other payment record on that end, so we can everything set back. Right now, everything that depended on nested accordions is broken. I realize that we may need to initiate a private email message trail. Thank you!

Although I do have an account on the PickPlugins support site tied to my username (jmarkj) and my personal email address ([email protected]), this purchase would have been connected to my presence on my client (Process Improvement Institute) website, the respective email addresses would be either [email protected] or [email protected], and neither of those email addresses seem to be in your account records. Can you please check on your end for evidence that Process Improvement Institute has a paid license for Accordion Premium version? Thank you!
