Need refund and no contact info

I had my settings set to not automatically enroll me in a plan and yet I got billed for a whole year. I am seeking a refund. There is no way to contact this company. Before I call the credit card company and report this as fraud I’d like to someone from Optin Monster to reply and communicate on this.
