Need programming help (paid!)

  • I apologize if it’s inappropriate to post this here, but I need some help debugging our site (footballoutsiders.com). We’re overloading our server, and the host (eApps) says it’s because there’s no connection spooling. Don’t know if that’s true or not, but we’re using a bunch of plugins:

    – Adhesive
    – SameCat
    – Comment Plugger (for “last commented by” on home page)
    – Customizable Post Listings (not sure offhand how I’m using that one and how I’m using SameCat)
    – Link Posts
    – Page Navigation x3 (one for each different page — index, ramblings, and articles)
    – Recently Commented Posts

    If someone out there is a php/mySQL/WP expert and can help fix/optimize our site so it doesn’t overload the CPU on our server, please contact me (wordpress-at-benjyrose-dot-com) with your phone #, rate, expertise, etc.
