Need polls plugin with comments/discussion

  • Hi,

    I’m looking for a polls plugin that can display polls as a widget, and also allows users/voters to add a short comment.

    e.g. if the poll question is “Who do you think will be the 2009/10 Premiership Champions”, I want users to be able to vote for their team as well as leaving a short comment like “I think Chelsea will win because ____”, which will be displayed beneath the poll.

    Does such a plugin exist?
