Need plugin subscription by SMS / collecting phone

  • Plugin has to collect phone numbers in the widget and save them in the database. It is desirable to mask the phone number (+7**********)

    Sending SMS from the site is not yet required (may need later)
    As long as you just need to pick up the phone and provide them the opportunity to export to Excel, for example.

    Who has seen such a plugin? Plz tell me.
