Need plugin help for Crowd Funding. Users createable donation center?

Is anyone aware of a plugin, or combination of plugins that can help me achieve this crowd funding goal?

Part 1:
I am holding a competition for charity. I would like visitors to our charity website to be able to “register to ride.”(It’s bull-riding!) Registration requires them to fill out a form. Using information from that form, a custom page is created. I don’t think it even needs to be linked from/to any other page on my site. A standalone URL, a personalized ride center page. This is the hard part…. How to create a template that takes the information parsed from the registration form and creates this personalized page?
Alot of the custom profile page creation, seem to rely on the WordPress back-end, I’d like to keep this front-of-house. Any Plugin suggestions?

Part 2:
The “ride center” page has a donate button (paypal). Donations are tracked. Donation Can seems like a good option, but it can’t do the first part. And (causes) are created through the admin console. Their aren’t alot of donation plugins that “let users” create their own campaign pages. But it seems like I am so close to figuring out a working combo.

Please WordPress Guru’s lend me your knowledge so I can crowd-fund people into riding on a bull for charity!
