Need plugin for WordPress newbies

I have a site that has several people with administrator access. However, by their own admission they are not very computer literate. They regularly enter information about classes they are holding. Right now they are going into the classes page and copying and pasting from a previous entry to preserve formatting, which works, sort of.
What they’d like is some kind of form that they could fill out with the necessary info, and then it would automatically format the various pieces of info into a nice-looking entry without them having to do formatting.
If I’m not explaining it clearly, please ask for further info.
