Need plugin for customize prediction contest

  • Hi,

    I am looking for a plugin for WP where i can create a form with custom questions and answers as option fields or dropdown. It will be a prediction content for cricket or soccer world cup. I will create custom questions and points attached to that question which users will fill before first match starts. After every match i will enter the answers for any particular question through our admin panel only and automatically users will get 10 points if the users answer was correct. I will keep updating every match till the end. And there will be page which shows current user rankings according to the points.

    I hope you all understand what I want.

    Please help me on this.
