Need Plugin ASAP. Help!

Help guys!

We used to have a developer in-house that built a custom WP site, didn’t show anyone how anything worked and then bolted.

Now our client needs a custom widget and I’m at a loss.

They need a sidebar widget where they’re able to pick and choose particular members/users of the site and add their profile avatar to particular posts of their choosing.

Example: On pages where they are posting their current projects, they want a “I’m On It” widget in the sidebar where they’re able to pick which members of their team are working on that particular project.

Does anyone know of an existing plugin or widget that has this functionality? If not, does anyone know where the best place to go to find someone to build it for me would be? I’m fairly new to the WP world and am at a bit of a loss… and our client is breathing down our necks about this.

Any help/insight/suggestions would be more than appreciated.
