Need plugin advice – product additional options

Hi. Can maybe point me in the right direction. I need a plugin where I can, after you added the product, you get (maybe a pop-up) asking you for additional options (with price). If you choose those, they should also be configurable in the cart, for each product, so you can remove or add them in the cart too. Any ideas ? Thanks, its quiet time consuming searching resp. finding plugins.
