Need Plugin :)

Hello everyone.

Missing a plugin which can below:

On the frontpage will all categories be displayed
Users can write a post where they can add images and links in the categories, but a admin need to accept the post before it will be uploaded.
Other users must be able to comment on the post, and give the post stars.
