Need Plug-in Reco for Pop up Subscription, Auto Notify And Newsletter

  • I would like the following PREFERABLY in free plug ins and would luv to hear from someone who has this already set up on their blog/site.

    – a nice pop up that says SUBSCRIBE NOW
    – a plug in with a feature that will mail out an email to my list that will say “there’s a new post on the blog” and maybe take a snippet of it and they have to click on the link to see more. Blogger was doing this for me automatically
    – A newsletter plug in that creates nice emails and embeds recents posts in. If I have to manually send it out at the first of the year, that’s okay…

    Is there ONE plug in that does all three? Anybody have any recommendations for me?
    I am running WP 4.2.2 and am running Avada.
